Payment Information
The cost for retreat is $65. A minimum of a $40 deposit is due by May 21st, 2021. The remaining balance of $25 is due by July 16th, 2021. Payment can be made in the following ways:
1. Check mailed to Madison Ave MBC at 5757 Madison Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49548. Checks are to be made payable to MAMBC and should include Ladies Retreat and the name of the person(s) the payment is to cover in the memo line.
2. Online payment with a credit card, debit card, or e-check. A link for this option will be included when this registration is submitted.
Payment in full can be accepted at this time so you do not have to worry about paying a balance at a later date.
